Awesome experience working with Rick and his team. We weren't expecting to sell a house at this time, but my mom passed away and put us in this position. Rick gave us great direction and insight into the home selling process. Even with the slow market, he worked to maximize our selling price while making the process as speedy and efficient as possible. If you need to sell a house (or buy one) in that area, you need to give Rick Boswell a call.

I was referred to Kym by some very close friends of ours. Kym was great! She communicates very effectively and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. We had some challenges with the buyer but Kym was able to navigate everything effectively. I would highly recommend Kym and her husband Rick, they are top notch!

Kym came to us through a random Facebook posting looking for realtor recommendations and was one of three realtors we interviewed. The other two quickly made appointments where they brought their presentation. Kym, on the otherhand, took the time to come to the house to walk through it and meet us prior to coming back a few days later with a very well constructed and extremely educational presentation.
