A couple years ago, my less-than-intelligent upstairs neighbors managed to release 50 gallons of water through the ceiling into my kitchen. The flood not only damaged a large section of ceiling but also soaked and warped the wood flooring. The neighbors contracted with a company who they claimed would correct the damage.
