Ed, efficiently and expertly repaired 7 double hung windows without knowing the brand. He has a supply of several different key replacement parts that work in a variety of vinyl (aluminum) windows. He also has specially made tools for removal and replacement of broken parts. He no doubt has years of experience and fills a niche that seems increasingly rare. Ed does high quality work at a reasonable cost. Could not be more pleased to have found the best person to fix my broken windows. Thank you much, Ed.
Had two windows repaired and very satisfied with the outcome. These windows are old and will need replaced at some point costing thousands. Ed did a great repair job so I don't have to rush the replacement. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared with the parts needed. Awaiting receipt please.
Ed did a great job repairing our windows. Rather than outright replacing all windows, which would be easy approach to take, he was able to provide more nuanced diagnoses of the issue. After that, he proposed multiple solutions together with their pros/cons, to help me make an informed decision. He was also very efficient, and finish the job much faster than anticipated. I'd highly recommend Ed for window repair work, especially if the job is time sensitive and requires fast turnaround.
