My v90 has turned 9 years old recently and it would not be running so well today without the help and insight of Carlos Casteneda and Rachel Budkiewicz in the Service Dept. And Sal, in his decades of wisdom, who can find the needle in the haystack of a modern car's computer brain. Volvo is curtailing the production of these station wagons so I hope these experts all stay around for at least another 100K miles.

They are extremely expensive proximatly a hour job (Battery Change) they charged $ 585 just labor. Today I have a same problem. They didn't fix it.

Brought my Polestar here twice for warranty work in the past 2 years. The advisors and staff are very friendly and helpful, they alone get 5+ stars and are the reason I came back to give service a second try. On the first visit my charging cable was left on the back seat (dirtying it) instead of rolled up in the frunk where the tech had retrieved it. The second visit recently the center console was removed for work. The driver seat belt buckle had been folded under the seat when the console was reinstalled, I had to fish it ... read more
