I had a fantastic experience at the Boston Volvo Cars Service Department. They have been doing a great job finding and resolving issues with my Polestar 2. The entire team is reliable and responsive, but I want to give a special shoutout to Rachel and Sal. Yesterday was the 9th time I was at this service asking them to please replace my IHU. It has been crashing for years now and every time they send me back home with a new software upgrade. The upgrades don't fix the problem and so I return, taking a day off work again, and we go through the same motions. But yesterday's upgrade was worse - it completely messed up the IHU. Now it crashes continuously and it is impossible to focus on driving. I wish there was more commitment to clients who purchase their Volvos at this dealers... read more
