I recently moved into the city and yesterday was my first time using Boston Volvo for a 110,000 mile service. Everything was excellent - great communication from Carlos and team throughout the day. Discounted uber rides to and from the dealership. Thorough evaluation without pushing anything unnecessary. They even handled a repair on my tailgate that I had asked them to take a look at, and managed to do the repair same-day while it was in for routine service. My v90 has turned 9 years old recently and it would not be running so well today without the help and insight of Carlos Casteneda and Rachel Budkiewicz in the Service Dept. And Sal, in his decades of wisdom, who can find the needle in the haystack of a modern car's computer brain. Volvo is curtailing the production of these station wagons so I hope these experts all stay around for at least another 100K miles.
They are extremely expensive proximatly a hour job (Battery Change) they charged $ 585 just labor. Today I have a same problem. They didn't fix it.
