Great attention to detail. – Great service and great staff. Got my car's bumper fixed and looks awesome! Will recommend to everyone and the best part was that the estimate was free, some other places don't charge for the estimate only if you decide to do the work with them. Thank you guys!!!
Repairs took FOREVER and paint does not match! – It took them 2 weeks to fix a couple scratches and now my door and fender are different color than the rest of the car! I was told that it would be done in a week and they kept jerking me around. Also they got paid by my insurance to replace a door molding and they just re-glued the old one back. Stay Away!
Great service and work! – Very satisfied with my experience. The employees were very pleasant and honest - instead of replacing the panels they were able to repair them to look like new. I was referred to this place from my local BMW dealer and would definitely go back again.
Quality performance and great customer service – I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Boston Village. It was the first place I visited when I needed to get my BMW fixed. Impeccable repair work, great customer service – Boston Village Auto Body just repaired my Mazda 3 after an accident. The front was crumpled, it needed a new hood and bumper - along with lots of other repairs, and it looks better than it did before the accident - everything matches perfectly, and it drives like a dream!
