Love everyone here
They put my son’s insurance through the incorrect one and kept sending me a bill. I called a dozen times to tell them to put it through the correct insurance. They said they would, never did. They started getting letters saying they were sending it to collections. If I owed the money I would pay it, but why ruin my credit because they didn’t do their job correctly?
Dr Yoon is very aggressive and doesn't seem to have patience for a child who is disabled and scared, my child has to be restrained for exams and dilation, she was also very snippy to my sons grandma when she brought him in bc my son refuses to wear his glasses. He has sensory issues with things on his head or touching his head , she made the appointment very uncomfortable and we will be considering a new eye doctor if this doesn't change
Very thorough eye exam! Dr Michelle is great! Explains everything well and everyone is really nice there!
Brought my mom here today for an appointment, my mom is in her mid 80’s, they were so patient and kind during the whole process from the women at the front desk to Sheila, Natasha, Dr McHale, thank you so much
