I like the front-line worker there - they are all very pleasant and professional. But the management is a different issue. It is a revolving-door place, with doctors constantly coming and going. I can no longer see a doctor twice. More importantly, the administration does not seem to recognize the problem, maybe because they feel it is a monopoly in the area and they will never run out of business as part of a University system. Can you believe the turn over of the dentists of this place? No one cares anymore, from the receptionists to the dentists/hygienists, to the management staff. If you use this clinic for dental treatments that span over weeks or months, be prepared to see different doctors almost every week, they will propose you something and next time when you come back, you will see a different doctor/resident.
