This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been to. My dentist is Monica Alcalde AcostaI, stay away from having her as your dentist if you can. I have been having the worst experience with her. She always rushes through the appointments, she doesnt take her time, and you can honestly tell she doesnt want to be there dealing with patients.the whole expereince is just awful. BU has no quality control, poor management, and employs untrained professionals. They’ve been like this for years
I like the front-line worker there - they are all very pleasant and professional. But the management is a different issue. It is a revolving-door place, with doctors constantly coming and going. I can no longer see a doctor twice. More importantly, the administration does not seem to recognize the problem, maybe because they feel it is a monopoly in the area and they will never run out of business as part of a University system.
