Receptionist took down my address and phone number wrong. When I finally was able to re-establish contact, they informed me my doctor had suddenly left the practice. They knew I was establishing care with a new physician but set me up with a short-timer. I am extremely upset by this experience and now have to start from square one and my next physical won't be covered by insurance. I feel robbed.
