“I can’t say enough good things about this business I took my car in thinking my only problem was a transmission issue, but after a thorough inspection, they honestly told me that the problem was actually with my engine. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they took the time to explain everything in detail. It’s hard to find a shop that’s this honest and professional. I truly appreciate their integrity and customer service. Highly recommend them for anyone needing transmission work and ask for Joe.
I had vibrations/noise coming from underneath the front end of the vehicle. Turns out all the noise was coming from one of the rear wheel bearings. I don't think I would've caught that at all. This shop definitely had the experience to take care of the problem. I'm incredibly grateful for the shop owner who provided great customer service and repairs. If I could rate Boston Transmission higher than 5 stars, I would. The workers are extremely friendly, Joe in particular was who helped me with a pretty niche problem and he fixed it fast and helped me understand the issue. Couldn't recommend this place more!
