To my be Concern We as company,, has been in business since **** and i have respect all my customers even when i know is trying to get a free ride ,so the mostly absurd request to the simple one we try as hard to make all then happy , and i all way give the benefit of doubt to the customers , but i can make them all happy , with covid-19 has been even more hard on us , i has been more difficult to find Driver , Buying Vehicles , this is a waiting list to a new car( with can go up another 20k ) hard to find helper to clean an... read more

Horrible experience. ************************* who is the owner told me to shut up when I called the toll free number to find out where the car was. No communication from them about pick up. Awful customer service and horrible attitude. So many other car services to use in Boston. He should be ashamed of himself. Extremely unprofessional. Not on time, no communication and when trying to locate the driver he had a meltdown. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The driver, ****, was a sweetheart. He should work somewhere else.
