I was very comfortable working with Caitlin Zorn while I was learning my physical therapy. Caitlin was very professional and knowledgeable during our sessions. I learned so much information. I would highly recommend the Boston Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Swampscott.
BSM came highly recommended, and I was happy to work with KC. The whole crew there is very experienced - my advice is to follow exactly what they tell you to do - overdoing it will set you back, and when you’re ready for more exercises or increased effort, they know when the time is right. I love the Pilates reformer machine and they gave me exercises to do on that. They were able to get me in quickly when I first filled out their online request (someone called me the very next day). They are all very cheerful, pleasant, courteous, and professional. My PT came up with a plan for me, is patient in explaining the exercises I need to do, and is very attentive while I’m doing them to make sure I’m doing them properly and with no significant pain. Their online portal makes it easy to view my home exercise program. Very pleased!
Having PT with Caitlyn has been going so well. She is really good at walking me through the various exercises. She also seems to be able to read me to know what I can handle etc. I m so glad I m under her care.
