BSM came highly recommended, and I was happy to work with KC. The whole crew there is very experienced - my advice is to follow exactly what they tell you to do - overdoing it will set you back, and when you’re ready for more exercises or increased effort, they know when the time is right. I love the Pilates reformer machine and they gave me exercises to do on that. They were able to get me in quickly when I first filled out their online request (someone called me the very next day). They are all very cheerful, pleasant, courteous, and professional. My PT came up with a plan for me, is patient in explaining the exercises I need to do, and is very attentive while I’m doing them to make sure I’m doing them properly and with no significant pain. Their online portal makes it easy to view my home exercise program. Very pleased!
Having PT with Caitlyn has been going so well. She is really good at walking me through the various exercises. She also seems to be able to read me to know what I can handle etc. I m so glad I m under her care.
KC, Jess and Katelyn have done wonders for me so far. After multiple shoulder surgeries and PT at other clinics with mediocre improvement in ROM, I did not have high expectations after my reverse shoulder replacement. After one month of PT this team has already exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to see what we accomplish in the remaining time.I highly recommend Boston Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in Swampscott!
I had a problem with vertigo for a few years. A few times I landed in ER, went to many specialists who contradicted each other, had too many tests with no resolve but a diagnosis. I booked 6-8 appointments at BSM Physical Therapy who have a vestibular specialist, and discovered not only that I could do some re-training myself and walked away feeling confident that should it happen again, I know what to do. Jessica was amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient. I am so very grateful for her expertise!
