Extremely predatory. Nickel and dime’d me and many others during the pandemic by illegally charging folks and making them go to the Attorney General or join a class action just to get their money back. Then they use inapplicable gimmick “credits” as a phony make-good for folks who rightfully don’t want to stay. Completely useless customer service. Not only was I charged my monthly membership fee in April and July for a club that wasn’t open, but I was charged my yearly maintenance fee AFTER I canceled and made it clear I would not be returning for safety reasons. They have robbed me of $125 over 4 months and I had to report them to the AG office. DO NOT go here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid enrolling here. If you need to cancel, it's near impossible with a ludicrous amount of hidden fees - I was charged the yearly membership fee for a year that I canceled for before the contract renewed, and then charged another maintenance fee in October? Yeah, I don't think so. There's a pretty extensive class-action lawsuit that I can definitely get on board with. Save your money and go to Planet Fitness instead- what a scam.
So...A cancellation of membership implies that you have to cancel with 45 days in advance. You will always then get charge a month (since months are 30/31 days long). This makes no sense. A way to steal money for an extra month. You sign a contract with an X amount of monthly fee and they just go ahead and also raise the fee just like that. Why to people that already have a contract and not new members? Yeah, bye BSC, you suck. They have a horrible system to charge customers. My daughter had to end up paying $150 to get out of personal training that she just spent $380!! On then they charged her the membership fee of $44.99 on Thursday and today another $44.99 to cancel membership. What a racket !! She works her butt off and does not deserve this over charging and bullying !!!
