Didn't show up at the scheduled time and charged us anyway. They don't answer calls or emails. Stay away!

We had a tour with Captain Shawn, and it was the best experience. He took us on a fantastic tour, knew so much about the history of Boston, and went out of his way to let us ride the Segways past the time we had paid for. We definitely got our money's worth.
