If you get a SCS put in and you need the programming adjusted, make sure the rep isn't just taking it upon themselves to make adjustments to all your programs without asking you. I just wanted one more program added and the rep changed them all. She made them ALL more intense and I could not adjust anything to make it comfortable again. My battery charger didn’t appear to be working & we called them & after running some tests, they agreed. They sent a new charger express & I got it the next day. She was very helpful and understanding..& patient. THANK YOU!
Using the heart monitor provided by Boston Scientific . Called the “ help line “ . Useless . Tried to sell me insurance ( I don’t need ) and other items . I waited to see if I could get technical assistance. None . Good thing I figured out the problem myself. Just tired of everyone trying to take advantage of the “ elderly “ ( which I’m not) have a good day !
