my experience was 10/10 i met with Kevin who took care of my car which needed a new rear bumper and paint. Kevin offered an affordable solution to my problem while other body shops in the area were over charging for an old vehicle and cheap parts. the work was completed in a day and half ! very reasonable prices, quick, great customer service, good communication & reliable. this will now be my first call for my auto services !
The service provided at Boston Road Collision was amazing. From checking in my car thru pickup after work completion, the communication was great. The customer service is great. They left my car looking impeccable as if it is on the showroom! They even fixed one of my fog lights which was not on the list of fixes needed after my accident. Top notch service! Was really impressed with this repair shop. Pleasant staff, super nice office area. Work area very clean. Easy paperwork process ; they even had a relationship with my rental car company to allow me to leave my rental there when the repairs were completed. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repair service!
