As an office tenant inside 56 Chestnut Hill Ave, I can say Eugene(Boston Real Property) is an excellent landlord. He listens. He accommodates. He is always looking for ways to make his office building better for his tenants. He keeps the place clean inside (common areas) and outside (landscaping).
