If he does reach out, he'll claim there are operational issues, promise to come, wash, rinse, repeat. DO NOT do business with this person unless you're open to getting scammed. We will be taking him to small claims court to try to recoup our money.

We paid for snow removal for the 2023/2024 season, and they did not remove our snow. We complained each time, and Caleb apologized profusely and promised us he'd refund us for the season; however, he said he needed us to wait until the spring so he would have the cash. He never refunded us despite various follow-ups and then completely ghosted us. He doesn't answer calls, texts, or emails, and he hasn't in many months. DO NOT trust this company. They stole $1.4k from us and gave us nothing in return.
