My family and I have been going to and referring Mike and his shop for YEARS! He is fair, honest, and always gets the job done efficiently and excellently. As we know it's HARD to find a trusting service place, but this shop literally leaves no room for worries about the service you're receiving.
I wish there was an option to choose 0 stars for this business . Terrible attitudes and communication (unless someone knows you) I wouldn't recommend at all. These remedial, incompetent clowns put a rejection sticker on a brand new BMW SUV for factory tints. I asked for them to specify which windows are over the legal % for removal and never got a straight response. I truly believe these idiots enjoy making things harder for the customer. These guys are the real deal. They took my car in today at 900am and had it diagnosed,and ready to fix by 1030am. And at a great price!! I thought it would be double what they asked me to pay. Super awesome team and great mechanics. Keep up the fantastic work you do for the community!
Take your car to Mike. He's a good mechanic. I brought my '16 Subaru in for exhaust problem, oil change, and inspection sticker. Communication was fantastic, as Mike called me himself and clearly explained the problem, and was able to fix it the same day. Now, the car is running as good as it ever has since I've owned it. The price charged for the work was very reasonable, and I feel 100% satisfied with the entire experience at Boston Road Service Station. Highly recommended!
