Tenants comfort and safety is a priority!
They are the new administrators of 67 marlborough st chelsea and from that moment on, the day was very bad at 6:15 PM I found out that they were the new owners and by day 1 they were charging me 80 dollars of interest for late payment being the first day the payment of rent are bad managers.
Horrendous management. The staff otherwise are fine. But the management style is extremely sketchy. They also don't make business profiles for any of their properties so they don't get as many negative reviews.
