Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the Supervisor Anna to every representative, who all seem outsourced from a foreign country, all had different answers and continuously lied over and over. Unfortunately, they have gone way Downhill since COVID! 5 days of phone calls and emails. Over 20 plus hours and nothing but an absolute waste of time - never again. I have disputed my charge.
They are now a catalog company and I've have only found good customer service and GREAT promotions lately. The styles are very unique and are advertised for an older audience BUTTTT these clothes are way more appealing to me! Kind of flashy and eye-catching.
I order several items and put in my code for 40% off and when I checked out it jump to only a 20% off. I immediately called to talk to someone in another country to tell them what happen... they did not understand me and hung up the phone. I called back the next day two times and at 11:30 am, I finally got someone to talk to. She did not understand what I said about the coupon code and I finally told her to cancel the purchase.
