I attempted to place an order and in the middle of doing so a message popped up that said “oops something went wrong, try again later”. I waited several hours and placed the order successfully. Days later I receive two orders. The items were not good so I called to start a return. I told them that I received a duplicate order and wanted to return both but they said they had no record of the second order and I could not return the second order. This company customer service is terrible. I called a week ago regarding a lost package. All the representatives are telling me is they are reaching out to the corporate office we no answer. I am out $800 and no package. This is a crying shame. When you pay that kind of money for dresses and they can’t even return a message. Never again!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the Supervisor Anna to every representative, who all seem outsourced from a foreign country, all had different answers and continuously lied over and over. Unfortunately, they have gone way Downhill since COVID! 5 days of phone calls and emails. Over 20 plus hours and nothing but an absolute waste of time - never again. I have disputed my charge.

They are now a catalog company and I've have only found good customer service and GREAT promotions lately. The styles are very unique and are advertised for an older audience BUTTTT these clothes are way more appealing to me! Kind of flashy and eye-catching.
