2019 Ford Transit XLT: had a clunking and grinding sound on driver side wheel. Brought to my "old" mechanic. Said I needed new steering rack. quoted $1500. Told him noise was at the wheel, not the rack. Decided to go see Tracey at BPRS, after actually looking at the vehicle, conclusion was it was the ball joints. Sure enough, that's what it was... opted to change both since van is over 100K miles, $450+ later, drives like it did at 100 miles. So basically... this place will be my "new" mechanic

Professional and knowledgeable mechanic, that was able to complete repairs in a timely manner. They took the time to explain things about my vehicle, about what sort of maintenance it will need going forward. My car is an older car that requires mechanical skills that are not applicable to newer cars. It was nice to go to a shop, which was working on many newer cars when I arrived, to have the skill set to repair an almost 40 year old car. Thank you, and I will be back.

Greg, the mechanic there, was friendly on the phone and flexible with getting my appointment made. My car was inspected, oil changed, and a plug was put in my tire. The price was fair and the work was quick. I’ll definitely be returning to his shop!
