Be aware Be aware We had the worst experience ever at BC Osoyoos Boston Pizza, Feb 7th at 8:50 p.m. Both managers on duty refused to allow my daughter’s service dog to enter. The dog was wearing a vest, and we had a letter from her specialist and two veterinarians. One of the worst business experiences we’ve ever had. Our company works in the service industry, and Boston Pizza scheduled us for a job, confirmed the date, and had us prepare everything on our end. Haven't been or ordered Boston pizza in 14 years yesterday this is what I got 2 pizza's both half was not cooked or didn't proof right. When I returned with the pizzas the kitchen refused to remake one as they said half was already ate not true (as you can see) 3 pieces where gone due to my 3&11 year old. In the middle of December I had lunch at the Queensbourgh landing location. It took more than five minutes to be greeted at the door. The person who seated us wasn't in uniform and was wearing a winter coat. So it was hard to even tell he worked for Boston pizza. This is one of our families favorite restaurants.
