Was in the bar at 4 for food. No one came to take my order so I left

We just went today at 130pm, stood for 10 minutes the hostess said she would be right back just a few minutes. We waited again she walked past again and said just a few minutes. I said can we just not sit, she said no she can't do that right now. There was a customer behind us that left, and we then left party of 6. They were not busy. So 7 customers lost in 10 minutes, due to terrible service. We will not be back to this restaurant.

We went there for a playoff hokey ame, and a Riders game at the same time, so w edidbt expect exceptional service. The bar side didn't get as busy as I expected, but it was still too busy for the 2 staff members that were on at the time, so I can understand service being a bit slower. What I don't understand is asking for things from a sever, and having them walk by 6 times, without bringing what asked. I also don't understand my pizza coming to my half raw, or the sever taking it back, only to bring it back to me still raw,... read more

Kim was so nice. My son spilled his water all over me and she made me feel better. Best sever all day.
