Today my gramma, my aunt, & i had lunch together & they where reality good. Right when we opend the front door there was a ladie at the front desk already to bring us to our table & before we even sat down a waitress showed up introducing her self & giveing us menus. So me my daughter went here for dinner this evening and had the worst experience i ever had at a BP they tottal mixed up our order and our drinks and Serve us bad pepperoni i I wanted to complain but was afraid after tell the Waitress about the issue I was hopeful for discount but didn't even a Apology, I was very disappointed juat paid and left. Hopefully Is management reaches out and makes this right.
