Few days ago terrible service need new staff
If I could give less than 1 star I would gladly do so. Real sad act. The food might be good but we didnt even get a chance to order any. The service was pathetic. Was seated and waited over 10 minutes while the waitress stood there chatting it up with some guy, all while glancing over at us. And finally after their conversation was done she continued to ignore our table, and another one beside us. Four other tables were full of dishes and dirty. We got tired of waiting and walked out. DO BETTER
I am not one to leave negative reviews but after several failed attempts at BPS it needs to be said. Bps is my daughters choice to go . On two previous trips my food was cold. It was sent back and I received somewhat warmer food in return. Tonight was extremely frustrating experience though. We ordered an appy and our meals. Two of the guests ordered the triple play, my daughter ordered a kids chicken strips and fries and I ordered wings and sweet potato fries. The triple plays arrived. The 4 of us were extremely disappointed with the manager Neil and our server Carlee. We received drinks after 40 minutes and 1 of them did not come, we were told the beer was out of stock and the espresso martini came out as the Kahlua based one rather than the Bailey's recipe we chose. We ordered wings off of happy hour to only receive the regular menu, we asked if there was a ranch dip with it, we ended up being charged for additional ranch dip as well as the one that came for free with it.
