dont come here unless you wanna spend alot of money om crappy food, i asked for a poutine and they gave me cold fries with cheese and when i tried to return it for a pountie they just gave me a cold gavy cup .. i wouldnt come here and spend your money..

There were basically no customers when I came. I ordered pasta with no mushrooms and stated I had an allergy. They brought, I ate, and near the end I noticed a mushroom slice in it. First time in my entire life that I've stated an allergy and had it not addressed. Fortunate that I noticed the slice rather than eating it mistakenly for meat. They gave me 50% off

Not at all impressed with this location. I travel for work, so I frequently visit BP’s as I usually know what to expect… The food here is average and nothing special but the service is brutal. Busy or slow, you will wait to be served and not get much attention while there. Not at all impressed and would not recommend.

Came for supper, ordered fish and chips, triple play, and two kids meals. The triple play and kids meals arrived 40 minutes after ordering.. the kids plates were HOT. After 1 hour the fish and chips never arrived. Drinks never got refilled. Kids didn’t get their dessert. We asked to speak to the manager and he never came to the table we had to go to the front to see him.

I was in today just after lunch ordered boneless wings, wings were not cooked throughly after alerting the server that the wings were not cooked throughly she said she had to call the manager she walked around the restaurant for 15 mins on her phone trying to call the manager because I refused to pay for undercooked food & couldn’t get ahold of the manager. Horrible service, horrible horrible 0 professionalism in this place.
