I don’t normally post reviews but my experience at Boston Pizza Beaumont was frustrating enough to warrant it. The food was fine standard BP quality but the management was absolutely horrible. From the moment we walked in, it felt like the staff were overwhelmed and unsupported. Our server was never seen only served by the manager. Truly disgusting pizza. Also when does a takeout place put their own tip of 20% on your order before you are even handed POS machine? Not to mention their pizza sauce is awful. Will never order from there again. Very disappointing.
45 minutes for a burger with a dried out bun. Both my wife and myself had a burger with the same experience. It's a thursday night, food ordered by 6:15 food brought out at 7:05. Brioche bun crumbled in hand and took away the experience of eating that burger. We eat here often at least 2-3 times a month and it seems like thursday chefs are not that great.
