Be careful eating at this location, I found multiple hairs in my dessert. They offered a free dessert for next time, with saying “ it happens”.

Visit BP on Friday 17th October evening around 10pm, when we were dining and received dirty cutleries with dry food & dirty water stains (wrapped with BP paper tissue), even ask the server to change and she bought new ones and those were also same (dirty water stains), the most disappointing part was server explained us that we don't polish cutleries- we can't expect from these kind of unhygienic cutleries from a very well known restaurant chain in canada.
