ordered a cheesecake for delivery, there was no option for extra syrup & couldn’t be added even after calling in. experience left little to be desired.
I want to shout out the general manager Kristen for going above and beyond. Her customer service is top notch and she provided me so much information regarding potential cross contamination of a food allergy I have. Her dedication to train her staff to also provide this information shows how much she and her staff care about providing a safe dining experience for ALL customers! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to order again when I’m craving so BP’s!
