Great place . Staff courteous And helpful Food is good
This has got to be the worst place EVER when it comes to service. 3 girls serving in the morning but only 1 can take orders!? There favorite phrase..."I'll be right with you".....then disappear into the kitchen for 10 minutes. Night service.....SAME THING! Waiting 20 minutes after being seated to order food is not acceptable. Being ignored once the food gets there, not acceptable. WAKE UP!!! This place is losing money because the servers won't do their job! FYI your tip reflects your service and detail to attention! The only... read more
We were visiting family at this hotel, and the Boston Pizza is there restaurant I love they have the fire pit outside, although the manager should be teaching this staff how to use them for the customers But the food is really good. The staff is super friendly. The first waitress we had I didn’t catch your name, but she wasn’t really nice the first night and second and third night was Alicia and Ashley. They were super friendly and they went above and beyond for us
Super loud and dirty with spilled sauce cups on the floor by one of the waitress stations getting stepped in and tracked around the restaurant. Someone eventually picked up the sauce cup but then left a wrapped mint or candy or whatever. They never cleaned up the sauce. I didn't see anyone who looked like a manager. I really really wanted to like it because we're so fond of the hotel.
