I had such a great experience at Boston Pizza on Friday evening! I came in for dinner with my mom around dinnertime, and our server, Niya, was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Service in many restaurants has really declined lately, but Niya was the complete opposite. Our food came quickly, and she checked in with us in such a kind, thoughtful way. Pizza was very expansive and one of the worst pizza I ever ate, stuff very friendly
What can I say the service was terrible after my food arrived I asked about 4 different servers for sauce in a span for 45 minutes until finally I get the attention of a server and then it takes another 20 same story with my refillable drink and yet they still charged me for sauce after almost a hour of asking for it
