Very poorly managed. Kitchen needs better quality control. Front of house staff need more training.
Regularly delayed and misplaced orders resulting in multiple pickup visits waiting 30-40 minutes+ past pickup time. This last time I was told manager will contact you for a refund and had to followup multiple times only to be ghosted. This place unfortunately is mismanaged from my 5+ visits and has resulted in 0 smooth experiences. Would not recommend this location. Great Boston Pizza location! I loved their lunch specials for $15 dollars and the service was great!
Service was very prompt and absolutely friendly! Salad portions are a definitely on the very small side but over tasty food! Great cold glasses of lager and there is always sports on!
