I was there for dinner tonight with my mom, our server Kassidy (who I think was the manager) was great She was polite and friendly even gave us delicious food suggestions. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Overall a great experience!
I cannot say I’ve ever had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Boston Pizza. But this experience was definitely the worst. We were a large group (9 people) right around the dinner rush but had a reservation so they knew we were coming, that being said a slightly longer wait is anticipated . From sitting down to leaving the restaurant it was 3.5 hours, the last hour of which was the server trying to sort the bill over several attempts. There was this one server that came to my table, she was polite, friendly and kept a safe and calming environment. The food was great, the staff were friendly, overall great experience!!
I had not been to Boston pizza in Tsawwassen mills for a while but I had a very good meal there recently, The service was very good and all the dinners we ordered were excellent.
