There was a misunderstanding when the waitress took our “take out order” ….. to which I was extremely upset about because we ended up with one meal …for what I felt was a ridiculous amount of $. We called back and spoke to JULIE who was extremely professional despite my(our) excited state and offered us partial compensation for our experience, which was a pleasant surprise. Very impressed with her customer service. Thank you Julie! On a second note…. Boston Pizza despite your good food, your prices have gotten ridiculous!!!!
just wonderful, especially the casino in the back!! :)...
my partner and i went on a sunday evening, there’s was no one in the restaurant and still didn’t get our food an hour after ordering. workers just walking around checking their phones. poutine was cold upon arrival of food after an hour of waiting. ordered poutine for my side instead cheese curds they put in cheese slices for a burger. gravy cold. fries cold. cactus fries cold. how can you mess up on simple sides. wasted over an hour in the restaurant for the food to be horrible.
