Our dinner was fantastic, our server Tilly was so helpful and made our experience great. If you go here make sure you ask for Tilly!
My family and I started off at East Side Mario's for dinner, and decided to leave due to poor service. We decided to come to Boston pizza where we instantly received incredible service at the front desk and ESPECIALLY from our server Christina. She was instantly welcoming, very responsive, and incredibly kind. The food was also amazing and came very fast. We really appreciate seeing this kind of service especially in this day of age, so thank you very much to both Christina and Boston Pizza!
Took an hour plus for our meal to be served. One meal was given to us cold and the potato chips were stale. I would have accepted the less than prompt food delivery but the restaurant was less than half full. The waitress was extremely courteous and refunded the substandard meal. Pembroke Boston Pizza, you have lots of room for improvement.
My partner & I had a fantastic dinner at BP Pembroke! The food came quickly, and our waitress Christina was super friendly and provided five star service. We also tried the new cactus cut sundae for dessert, and it was really different and delicious. Sweet, salty, and spicy all in one. Would recommend!
