Very disappointing how far the service at Boston Pizza has sunk. My server, Taylor took 11 minutes to greet me at my table. Took another five minutes to bring a diet Pepsi. Food order came 25 minutes later. Taylor should spend some time to familiarizing herself with the menu. When my food arrived, she indicated that a topping that I had requested to be removed was in the mix and not able to be removed. This is something I would have expected her to know. My first review, but the blonde woman working the front is by far the best customer service I've ever had. Just came in for a pizza and was so charming and kind. Whatever she's getting paid, its not enough! Cheers.
