Went to this location ordered something as simple as a garden salad and wings. Get my salad to have not only soggy cucumbers but they had mould on them as well. They come tell me they are giving me a new salad mean while all they did was took the cucumbers off and replaced them with carrots. Tell us we are going to get a discount they give us a big 5.25 off our meal! Completely lost my appetite! Thanks Boston pizza you lost a few customers.
Bad service. Waited super long to get food, it wasn’t even super busy. Salad didn’t show up until after the main course was served, despite wait staff being told multiple times. No cutlery on our table initially. Waited ages after finishing food to get the bill. I have been to many Boston Pizzas in my days and the service here is by far the worst. Staff needs to be better trained otherwise people are going to stop coming. I don’t expect an apology, but I expect you guys to do much better which you easily can do.
Service was slow. Took a long time to get food. Ladies washroom was very dirty.
Our waitress Lisa was Amazing! Everything we come in she is engaging and very friendly! We always look forward to seeing her!!
What a great experience! Our server , Taylor was pleasant, prompt and attentive. We will be back!
