Ordered 2 smoky mountain spaghetti from uber eats. Horrible is an understatement. No sauce, hard noodles..I paid 60 bucks to throw in the trash. Ill never ever be back

I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Boston Pizza and what I received was honestly shocking. The pizza was severely overcooked/burnt, dry, and looked like it had been forgotten in the oven. What’s most disappointing is that someone still looked at this, boxed it up, and decided it was acceptable to send to a paying customer. Food itself is always great! But for the few times I’ve come the service sadly is lacking. Last time I went (a non busy weekday afternoon) we were only talked to first after over 10 minutes of sitting. Food was great, but only offered refills so far into the service we’d already finished our food and asked for the bill after almost 2 hours of being there. The bathroom was also pretty dirty with everything sticking to the floor.

Quite literally the WORST service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were the only people in the entire restaurant during a snow squall and we STILL weren’t checked on, and no refills at all. If you want to go to a Boston Pizza go to the one on Jennifer Heil, way better. This place needs some customer service retraining or new management.

This is one of the slowest BPs I've ever experienced. People in the restaurant were waiting 45-60mins for food. Pickups were waiting 30-45mins past their pickup times. Skip/uber drivers were waiting 30mins past their pickup times. Worst part is that the hostess was lying to everyone coming in for pickups saying "we're just waiting for one item", heard her say it to 5 people in a row. If your kitchen can't keep up, maybe PAUSE online orders till you catch up. Or at least stop lying to customers and be truthful about the wait.
