I like Boston Pizza but this one is just too loud for us. We gave it three chances, and all three were so loud to us. Also, because we were waiting a long time to pay the bill, and we could see that our waitress was too busy with a very large table, I went to the cash to ask if I could pay there, and they said no, go back and wait for your server, so, 28 minutes later we paid and left. Our server was lovely, just too busy to he able to provide timely service to all. I was happy to get my photo taken with Santa.
Terrible experience at the Boston Pizza on 221 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines. The service was honestly horrible. They were not considerate at all about lactose intolerance, even after I clearly mentioned it. Our server barely checked up on our table, and we waited about an hour (maybe even longer) for our food — only for the order to come out wrong.
Love the Christmas decorations They are second to none in Christmas spirit
