Our server was excellent and was very friendly. We got our drinks quickly and our food came pretty promptly even though it was very busy. The food tasted very good and we would definitely come back. Update. Been here several times with my young daughter and had a excellent experience. The kids meal selection is great.
Very disappointing service from a woman with blonde hair and glasses. She was quite rude and had a very unpleasant tone when speaking to our table. We were a group of four, and her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. She eventually tried to be nicer once she noticed the overall vibe at the table, but the initial interaction had already left a bad impression.
The staff were all very kind, But somehow they continue to make terrible food. I don’t understand it, it’s packaged food that they essentially heat up and serve. But it comes out burnt/wet/undercooked, all at the same time. I recommend going somewhere else if you are in Simcoe, the barrel, the arms, and blue elephant are all better options.
