My family and I had such an amazing time dining at Boston pizza. Especially our server Fasica was wonderful! She was friendly, polite, and took the time to actually chat with us about our day. You could tell she genuinely cared, and the conversations were easy and enjoyable. She definitely made our visit better.
Personnel and servers have a very bad attitude, are very dirty, and very rude I will never recommend them to anybody
This is Boston Pizza has the worst service. We had initially wanted to make reservations at this restaurant for a birthday party. My son wanted pizza. When we first called a week earlier, the person on the phone indicated that the reservation will be fine. However when we called two days prior to confirm the reservation, the restaurant indicated that because our reservation was mainly with kids, they were unable to accommodate.
