Shout out to our super friendly waitress, Samantha for the attentive service. Lunch menu was good value and tasty.
Staff have no idea what their priorities are. They have 0 boundaries, any customer that asks them for anything they just say yes and completely forget about the customer that was there first. Absolutely terrible.
Staff have 0 organization and 0 communication with each other. This creates a chaotic environment, ensuring a customers dissatisfaction and confusion. Service is key to good restaurant. Service happens before food is even served. A bad impression is already made.
Had a really great experience at Boston Pizza in Stevenson! The food came out fresh and tasted great, and the service was friendly and attentive. Everything was handled quickly even though it was busy. Definitely a solid spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
