Boston Pizza never disappoints! The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming for families and groups. Whether it’s a casual meal or a night out, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!
We were there last night. Although we love Boston Pizza, yesterday was a total disappointment. We got seated by the hostess that could of use a smile and some social skill. Perhaps she is going a rough time, if that is the case, don't put her to greet customers. It took a good 10 minutes before our sever came to see us, another 10-15 minutes for our drinks. I went for dinner. It didn't take long to get seated. However, there was a bit of a wait for service. The waiter brought my daughter her cup of juice without the straw. There was no drink menu on the table, so he had to come back to get my drink order. The place was really busy and really loud. I did return on an evening and there was a live signer which was very. Service and food were excellent. Once we did receive our food, however, it was delicious.
