Manager has no respect for online orders pushes food out the door. And then claims ge can't redeliver the proper order. Manager has no customer service qualifications. Manager cannot work woth customers bit has a state of mind of its my way or the highway
New robot servers. They arent good enough to get around the restaurant properly, so you need to get up and move your chair around the building to stay out of their way. They kill the atmosphere. The robots blare low quality elevator music. Would not recommend.
Been here a few times, service is never great. Came in at the lounge side, was not greeted, sat at an open table for about 15 minutes without any servers ever coming up to me and my boyfriend, so we decided to leave. Wasn't super busy either, and there were plenty of other open tables there that had not been cleaned off from when I got there. Super disappointing, I'd have to say this place is the worst customer service I've ever seen, with every time i've been there. Will not ever return.
