We have been going to Boston Pizza for years after church for lunch. the food is good but the service is just so terribly slow. we went today and it was very busy. there seemed to be only 2 people serving so I am sure this is why the service is so slow. we had 3 grandchildren with us and it’s not very fun waiting so very very long for the waiter to come back and take their dessert orders. also he asked us if we wanted a refill on our coffee but then didn’t bring it. Will not be back. Do not recommend. Tables were so sticky the menu/napkins litterally stuck to the table and could not come off without ripping and peeling. Was told it was the new finish, either way it was rather disturbing. The place felt really dirty. Trash cans in the bathroom overflowing trash on the floor and subpar food. They charged 4$ for a side of ranch, half full dipping cup on a 35$ pizza. Server was good but this place has gotten worse and worse everytime we go. First time here at this location myself but went with some lomg time goers was amazing to see the waitress know thier order off by heart food was amazing super tasty great experience all in all really go the extra mile :add on from another vist couldnt leave without adding to the review they are beyond consistent here faith was amazing and hard working well earned title of management just exceled in everything she did and every interaction with a customer

The service was terrible. Our waitress was unfriendly, never smiled, and didn’t check on us once during the meal. We were even charged for a pizza bread we never ordered. I had to walk to the counter just to ask for dips. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience won’t be coming back.
