2025 update: we came for lunch on oct 28 at 1:55pm and we did not get seated. the server working avoided us and we promptly left after waiting 15mins. we will not be back to BP after being fans
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at the Hamilton Upper James Boston Pizza location. First off - when we arrived - there was a "smell". The carpet or something smells really bad. I noticed it. But when my other family members arrived a short time later - they noticed it the moment they walked in. I ordered a Stella Draft. It arrived promptly but WAS NOT STELLA ARTIOS. It was sour tasting. I should have complained and sent it back but that is not my personality. The Pizza arrived and it was tasteless and under-cooked.... read more
Waited about 25 minutes after being seated without being acknowledged or asked what I'd like to drink. I ended up walking out and going to Kelseys which was busier and the service was 100x better
