We had a very disappointing experience at the Boston Pizza on 545 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 6C7. We came as a family group of 15, and the staff immediately told us we’d be charged an automatic 18% gratuity simply because our group was over 10 people. We kindly explained that we were happy to split into smaller groups of five and sit at different tables throughout the restaurant to avoid the automatic charge, but they were completely unwilling to work with us. If there was a zero I was gonna do a zero, so I went in with three family groups separated and two welcome girls one of them she has white hair and the other one kinda chubby they were sooo mean to us telling us we have to pay 20% to just because we went in as a group and they were sooo mean to us why would we pay to this customer service like that. ☆☆☆☆ We had a terrible experience at the Boston Pizza located at 545 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 6C7. We came in as a family group of 15 and were immediately told we had to pay an extra 18% gratuity just because we were more than 10 people. We politely explained that we were willing to split into smaller groups of 5 and sit anywhere in the restaurant just to avoid the automatic charge, but the staff didn’t care. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Ashley was exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding service. A great dining experience overall!
