Was there for a Bachelorette party. Our server kept us informed on the menu for dietary restrictions, and was attentive to our drinks, keeping up with our food, and even stuck with our photos for the party. Great time had by all.

We had a very disappointing experience at the Boston Pizza on 545 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 6C7. We came as a family group of 15, and the staff immediately told us we’d be charged an automatic 18% gratuity simply because our group was over 10 people. We kindly explained that we were happy to split into smaller groups of five and sit at different tables throughout the restaurant to avoid the automatic charge, but they were completely unwilling to work with us. If there was a zero I was gonna do a zero, so I went in with three family groups separated and two welcome girls one of them she has white hair and the other one kinda chubby they were sooo mean to us telling us we have to pay 20% to just because we went in as a group and they were sooo mean to us why would we pay to this customer service like that.
