Sandy should really have better customer service skills for being a manager of a restaurant.. the manager at the leckie location always makes us feel so welcome and comfortable! Maybe she should train Sandy a bit on hospitality
Food was good. Service was pretty good.
Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She was working so hard the whole time we were there and still managed to be so friendly and attentive. She made sure we always had what we needed and never made us feel like an inconvenience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and her customers. Thank you for the awesome service, Kelsey you made our experience so much better!
Decided to stop at this BPs to catch the last half of Canada playing in the World Cup. I sat at the bar as it was busy. I was told I would get a menu right away, I didn't and was actually at the point of leaving when it arrived. My order (a beer and the small burger pizza without pickles which is a new menu item) was taken. I was here for dinner lady with a white top blonde hairs attended us at the desk she was pure racist made some bad faces and made us we don’t belong here I don’t know how a firm like Boston pizza hire this kind of people and for management’s reference I visited on 25 June 2026 around 9 30 pm so you guys can deeply look into it because this type of behaviour is not tolerable at all
