Hi, we went yesterday for dinner at this location of Boston Pizza and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The food was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a rip-off. The fish tacos barely had any fish, it was basically one long shrimp with a lot of cabbage salad, and it was served cold. Very ordinary. Everything was ok but a bit meh!
The chicken burger was cold I asked for no tomato it came with 2 the bun was stale and my salad was weak I guess I can go home and eat because I'm leaving hungry 😔 server was very nice and polite. Sadly the food wasn't as good as the service.
Extremely understaffed, little to no service
I visited recently and noticed a few things that could really use attention. Several tables were sticky and didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the family washroom was in rough shape. It gave the impression that the location might be struggling with basic upkeep. Service was also slower than usual, possibly due to short staffing. I’ve had much better experiences at the Market Crossing location, so I know the standard can be higher.
