This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was cold, and soggy and borderline inedible. We waited an unreasonable amount of time, and my dad’s meal didn’t arrive when the rest of the table was served. When it finally did, it was completely wrong. Some of the staff were dressed unprofessionally, which added to the overall negative impression. Great food and atmosphere. Portions are very generous. Our server, a really nice lady whose name we did not catch, was wonderful and very kind. When our Cactus Cut Potatoes came in a little too spicy for our taste she promptly offered to exchange for regular French Fries. We left a donation for the BP foundation for kids and she was kind enough to hang our paper heart at the exact spot that we wanted it by our booth. It was a special night and we are sure to come back to this BP location.

At request of my wife, who wanted a special Valentine's dinner with the kids, we visited here. We weren't waiting too long, however with my wife having a cane out (which obviously means visually impaired but not completely blind, and our daughter with the same condition), they immediately seated us to a table with hardly any lighting. I did point this out and it immediately was fixed. Our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time by the kind waitress, and she was patient despite the additions and changes I communicated.... read more
