Gravenhurst location was awful. No service. Ridiculous customer service actually. Had to ask for water. Ask to order. Ask for the bill by getting out of our booth. Worst dining experience ever.

Seriously $27.21 for sone crappy French onion soup and onion rings. Boston pizza really needs a reality check. Yes I should have paid attention to the prices but I will never be eating here again.
I’d like to say no stars!! The ground beef is the worst tasting beef I’ve ever had! I spoke to an owner in London who claims that he is forced to use the beef you send him! And admittedly, he says it tastes horrible. Shame on you! I will never go to BP ever again, no matter what city I’m in! Gross 🤮🤮
