Took too long to be noticed upon entry. Long time to get food. Other patrons came ate and left before we got our food.
I recently stopped by the location in Niagara Falls on Clifton hill. I sat at the bar and would regularly smell the most vile, disgusting, repugnant smell of body odour I've ever encountered. I can't expressed enough that Im disappointed how management can't treat customers without kindness and respect in West Edmonton Mall boston pizza when their been a repeat pattern of behaviors from Boston pizza staff what they feel uncomfortable about. They can't provide proper explanation of what the issues are and I'm lacking understanding what I did that made them not to serve me. This is why I want to speak to regional management for valid explanation
8 pm. Horrible service. Sat at the bar for over 10 mins. Not one staff greeted me from the front desk to the bar area. I was invisible. Cobourg location seems to be just the place to go late to drink open until 2 am. Sad for such a known brand
