I am writing to express my deep disappointment following an unpleasant experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your Financial Dr, Mississauga location. We had come to Boston Pizza to enjoy our evening together and ordered Fish and Chips with Coleslaw and Fries. Unfortunately, the food served was of unacceptable quality. The fish was severely overcooked, and the coleslaw had a strong rotten odor, clearly indicating it was spoiled.
