April 2026 - this time we went as a group of 22 people. Our main server was Zelia with the assistance of Makayla and the manager Andy. We usually come to this location and we had no problems redeeming our free kids meals with another coupon. Tonight we were not able to as told by the manager, Arnold. His explanation was that " we have new owners (Serge) now." I don't believe that was an adequate answer to justify their reasoning. A customer-focused restaurant would say that we appreciate that you have done this in the past and we will honour this for the last time giving proper notification of a new owner. Great experience at boston pizza today! Mila, our waitress was super polite and consistent with visiting the table to check up on us! Food was very good, the mozzarella sticks were very tasty, the spinach and artichoke dip was above and beyond! Overall a great experience and i definitely will be returning for another visit!
