Yesterday's visit to Boston Pizza was fantastic, thanks to the excellent service provided by Sahil. From the moment we walked in, Sahil was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Sahil's exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend visiting Boston Pizza and hoping Sahil is your server!
Amy is one of the best bartenders I've had the pleasure of dealing with over the years, always kind hearted and sweeter than the sugar in my coffees I get, Boston Pizza is very lucky to have her as she consistently brings outstanding service and at least for myself makes any day better. Here's to many more years of knowing each other!
Shannon was excellent. She was attentive, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing from start to finish. The service was smooth, friendly, and well above what you normally expect. She checked in at the right times, handled everything confidently, and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Boston Pizza Mississauga is lucky to have her. Five stars without hesitation. Shannon deserves recognition, a raise, and honestly some extra time off for being that good.
Very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. I was told I couldn’t be seated at an available table because it was being “held for the owner’s friends.” That’s completely unacceptable. If your policy is first come, first served, then it should apply to everyone—not just regular customers while others get special treatment.
