Came here last week with a friend for a drink and Appys. My friend got a blueberry mule and enjoyed it. But my caeser was disappointing. Took 30 mins to get our triple play at 9pm on Wednesday. Once we finally got it they told us our cactus cuts were gonna take a little longer. Once we got them, we were already done the rest of the plate. My friend, who is Black, told me about a deeply concerning experience today at Boston Pizza Polo Park after 10 p.m. She said the blonde server was rude and disrespectful and refused to serve her while serving her white friend. When she asked for their names, both the server and manager reportedly refused to identify themselves. This difference in treatment raises serious concerns about racial discrimination. We were led to a table upon arrival. Service wasn’t over the top but good and I only say that as none of the servers offered fresh pepper or Parmesan. I swiped one off another table. Food dropped on table and away they ran. One of very few restaurants that will serve a nice small salad with a meal at a very reasonable price. The salad was good and not soaked with dressing. Our food arrived nice and hot. Shrimp mushroom Alfredo could have had more flavour and shrimp. Shrimp were really good but only about 6 or 7 smaller ones.... read more

Really disappointing experience with management. We came in with two friends and a 9-month-old baby who was hungry and occasionally making loud noises — she wasn’t crying or having a meltdown. We were actively trying to keep her occupied with toys, distractions and screen time, and her food was already on the way. It was also pouring outside, so taking her out wasn’t really an option.
