Went there the other day and the whole experience was great! Our server Mayson went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of and that we had a great time! Everything she recommended to us was great. Would definitely go back just for her!
I go to the downtown Fort McMurray location a lot and always get the best service. Today was horrendous. We were checked on only one time after 40 minutes of getting our food. It wasn’t even our server who delivered the food. We were never offered refills until we asked for the bill. The bill took another 20 minutes. The servers section was not even busy, I am a pretty understanding and patient person but this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had here.
